All Adoarchive products are digital. However, we need your address information for billing purposes. Free products do not require address information.

After completing your payment at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email along with a separate email containing the digital download link. Simply click on the link provided in the digital download email to access and download your digital product.

No, there is currently no limit to the number of times you can download the digital product using the provided link. However, please remember that distributing or reselling digital products violates our terms and conditions, which may result in legal action.

Unfortunately, once payment has been processed, digital product orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you haven't received the emails, please allow up to five minutes for their arrival. Additionally, check your email spam folder to ensure they haven't been filtered. If you still can't find them, please contact info@adoarchive.com and provide the necessary details such as your name, email address, and a link to the listing from which you purchased the digital product.
